It had been a grueling hot day as the high altitude affected all the athletes. The sky was beginning to darken and most of the stadium was empty. As the last few spectators were preparing to leave, police sirens and flashing lights caught their attention. A lone runner, wearing the colours of Tanzania had just emerged through the stadium gate. Limping, with his leg bandaged he found the last of his endurance to step up his pace and finish the race. His name was John Stephen Akhwari." 非常令人感動，充滿堅強、勇氣、毅力，人類最高心靈的展現，既使夜幕低沉，其它參賽者早已完成比賽，工作人員也準備收拾，觀眾準備離場，就看見他一拐一拐的從遠處跑來，無畏腳上的傷勢，會場內所有的人都感動的站了起來鼓掌…

減肥也是要靠毅力、耐力、意志力，還有決心，一下定決心，我們不是只是要開始，而是要完成它，這麼辛苦，這麼堅難，也是要克服，要完成它。
